Girls with Guitars 2015 on Ruf Records

You suffer from  winter-blues, you hate the cold, dark days and nights and awful weather?

You would like to get relief from this bad feeling?

A hot tip : listen  to the new  cd by Ruf records “Girls With Guitars”  2015.

It’s ladies' time again; three young beauties; Eliana Cargnelutti from Italy, Sadie Johnson and Heather Crosse from the U.S.A.

The starting track “Girl Band” starts with heavy hittin’ drums and bass, the highly dynamic and rockin-bluesin’ riffs make you feel immediately extremely happy and bring you in good mood.

The  heavy axe-duels delivered by Eliana and Sadie make your heart beat faster.

The second title is “Tush”, it seems  the girls are deeply in love with the  “Little Ol’ Band from Texas” – ZZ Top.

The  third track “This House Just Ain’t My Home” is an enthusing guitar-piano blues in the Memphis mood, a great tune.

Unforgettable, and sadly missed, Joe Cocker – R.I.P will certainly love to listen to the GWG version of “Feelin’ Alright”, the 4th title .

The kind of jazzy guitar-solos played by Miss Johnson and  Miss Cargnelutti give the song their own temper and feminine intuition.

Track five is  a highlight song for  every Chicago bound blues puris.

Heather is the lady  singing it emotionally and soulfully.

What a voice ...besides her six-string ability.

The girls are rockin’ the house with  the 6 th tune – “I Hate Myself For Loving You”.

Get the  Saturday night party started and “Play It Loud”!

Sure a hottie for fansof bands like KISS, Aerosmith, Van Halen or The Runaways.

Rollin’, rockin’ and tumblin’ is the motto for the following track:  “Give Me A Kiss”.

 These girls  love to party.

They dedicate “Shades Of Love” to Mardi-Gras City, New Orleans, what a  groovy, funky sound.

So it’s time for “Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler”!

“Life”is a great  Texas blues tune.

“Say Goodbye” is the next one but  the cd is not over yet,  the ladies get in a romantic and melancholic mood .

This beautiful, heart-stirring love ballad annonces next Valentine’s Day.

Jim Gaines dida  hell of a job again as a producer,  he managed to create a fantastic, dynamic high-fidelity sound

The final song  “Wish You Hadn’t Gone”  is a tough  blues rocker.

Girls With Guitars leave you so happy, hot-blooded, excited  that you already  are looking  forward to catch them live during the Blues Caravan Tour 2015!
